Practicing Within Ability

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) warned people against practicing Al-Wisal, and advised them to do as much as they can within their ability.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said twice, "(O you people) Be cautious! Do not practice Al-Wisal". The people said to him, "But you practice Al-Wisal?" The Prophet replied, "My Lord gives me food and drink during my sleep. Do that much of deeds which is within your ability".

QUICK LESSONS:
Do as much deeds which is within your ability

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is warning people against practicing Al-Wisal. He advises them to do as much deeds as they can within their ability. This means that one should not overexert themselves and try to do more than what they are capable of doing. It is important for us to recognize our limitations and work within our capacity in order to be successful in life. We should strive for excellence but also be realistic about what we can achieve with the resources available to us. This hadith teaches us that it is better to focus on doing what we can rather than trying too hard and failing at it due to lack of resources or capability.
