Be grateful when God bestows His blessings upon you; Use your resources wisely in order to benefit yourself as well as those around you; Help those who are less fortunate than yourself .

This hadith is about how Allah bestowed upon His Messenger, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the wealth of Banu An Nadir. This wealth was given in cases where Muslims did not go out on a military expedition with horses and camels. From this wealth, the Prophet ﷺ kept enough food for himself for one year and used what remained to purchase cavalry and weapons equipment for the cause of Allah. This hadith teaches us that we should be grateful to Allah when He bestows His blessings upon us; we should use these blessings in a way that pleases Him so that He may continue blessing us with more. We should also strive to help others who are less fortunate than ourselves by using our resources wisely in order to benefit them too.
