EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of truthfulness and honesty when it comes to one's faith. It teaches us that if we claim to have nothing to do with Islam, then we must be truthful about it. If we are not telling the truth, then our faith will not be sound. The Prophet Muhammad was reminding us that our words should reflect our beliefs and actions, as this is an important part of being a Muslim. We should strive to always speak honestly and sincerely about our beliefs so that others can trust us and know that we are sincere in what we say.

The Prophet Muhammad also taught us that lying is a sin, as it goes against the teachings of Islam which emphasize honesty and integrity. He was reminding us that if we make claims or statements which are untrue, then they will not be accepted by Allah or by other people who may hear them. Therefore, it is important for Muslims to always strive for truthfulness when speaking about their faith so that their words can be trusted by others around them.
