QUICK LESSONS:
Follow rulings set out by Prophet Muhammad regarding inheritance of gifts.
EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Zaid bin Thabit, the Prophet Muhammad ruled that any gifts given for life should be inherited by the heir. This means that if someone gives a gift to another person with the intention of it being used for their lifetime and then passed on after they die, then it should be inherited by their heirs. This ruling is important because it ensures that people are able to pass on their possessions and wealth even after they have died. It also helps ensure fairness in inheritance laws as everyone is entitled to receive what was intended for them from those who have passed away.
