QUICK LESSONS:
Uphold justice and fairness by avoiding all forms of unethical behavior .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that there is no room for unethical practices such as bringing, avoidance and shighar in Islam. Bringing refers to a situation where two people exchange goods or services of equal value without any money changing hands, while avoidance refers to a situation where two people agree to avoid doing something they are obligated to do, such as paying zakat or fasting during Ramadan. Lastly, shighar is an unethical practice of marriage where two men exchange their daughters without giving any dowry or mahr. These practices are not allowed in Islam because they go against the teachings of justice and fairness which are essential values of the religion. Therefore, Muslims should strive to uphold these values by avoiding all forms of unethical behavior and instead focus on being honest and just with each other at all times.
