EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is advising against getting married, arranging a marriage for someone else, or proposing marriage while in the state of Ihram. This is because when one is in the state of Ihram they are not allowed to do certain activities such as wearing perfume and cutting their hair. Therefore it would be inappropriate to engage in activities related to marriage during this time as well. This hadith teaches us that we should respect and abide by religious laws and regulations even if they seem inconvenient at times. It also reminds us that we should always strive to remain mindful of our faith and practice it accordingly.
