EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Jabir tells us that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) departed from Arafat, a holy place in Islam, and encouraged people to be tranquil and peaceful. He did this by saying "Be tranquil, O slaves of Allah!" while gesturing with his hand like Ayyub did with his palm uppermost. This hadith teaches us the importance of being calm in difficult situations as well as the importance of peace in our lives. It also shows us how we should act when we are faced with challenging circumstances; instead of getting angry or frustrated, we should remain calm and composed so that we can think clearly about what is best for ourselves and others around us. Furthermore, it reminds us that even though it may seem hard at times to stay peaceful, it is ultimately beneficial for everyone involved if we do so.
