During the Farewell pilgrimage of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), he would ride at a moderate pace and gallop when he came upon open space. This hadith teaches us that we should be mindful of our actions and be conscious of how we use our time. We should not waste time or energy on unnecessary activities but instead focus on what is important in life. Additionally, this hadith also shows us that it is important to take care of ourselves by not overworking or overexerting ourselves as this can lead to exhaustion and fatigue.
