Entering the Hijr

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised Aisha to enter the Hijr, which is part of the House.

Aisha said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Can I not enter the House?' He said: 'Enter the Hijr for it is part of the House'."
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرِّبَاطِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ، صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ قَالَتْ حَدَّثَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ، قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَلاَ أَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ قَالَ ‏ "‏ ادْخُلِي الْحِجْرَ فَإِنَّهُ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, Aisha asked Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) if she could enter the House. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), in response, told her to enter the Hijr as it is part of the House. This hadith teaches us that we should respect and follow what our elders tell us and that we should be mindful of our actions when entering a sacred place like a mosque or temple. It also shows us how important it is to listen to those who are wiser than us and have more knowledge about certain matters.
