QUICK LESSONS:
Abide by Islamic laws & regulations while on pilgrimage .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith states that it is not sinful for someone who is in the state of Ihram to kill five kinds of animals. This means that if someone is performing Hajj or Umrah, they are allowed to kill certain types of animals without it being considered a sin. These five types of animals are snakes, rats, scorpions, crows and kites. It should be noted that this permission only applies when one is in the state of Ihram and does not apply outside this period. Furthermore, killing any other type of animal while in the state of Ihram would still be considered a sin and should be avoided at all costs.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us through this hadith that we must respect all living creatures even if they may seem harmful or dangerous to us as humans. We must also remember to abide by Islamic laws and regulations even when we are on pilgrimage as these laws were put into place for our own benefit and protection from harm or danger.
