QUICK LESSONS:
Have an intention before dawn when fasting .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of having an intention when fasting. It was narrated by Hafsah that there is no fast for the one who does not intend to fast before dawn. This means that in order for a person's fasting to be valid, they must have an intention or purpose behind it before dawn arrives. Having this intention is essential because it helps a person focus on their spiritual goals and stay motivated throughout their fast. Additionally, having an intention can help a person stay mindful of their actions and words during the day so as to ensure that they are following Islamic teachings and principles while fasting.
