It was narrated from Hafsah that the Prophet said: "Whoever does not intend to fast before dawn comes, should not fast". (Daif)

QUICK LESSONS:
Have good intentions when doing something

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about fasting, which is an important part of Islamic practice. The Prophet Muhammad taught that fasting should be done with intention and not just for the sake of it. This means that when a person decides to fast, they must have a clear purpose in mind and make sure they are doing it for the right reasons. It also implies that if someone does not intend to fast before dawn comes, then they should not do so as their intentions will be unclear and their fast will lack meaning. This hadith teaches us to always have good intentions when we do something, as this will ensure our actions are meaningful and beneficial in the long run.
