QUICK LESSONS:
Fast with love for Allah

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of fasting in Islam and how it should be done out of love for Allah. It was narrated by 'Aishah, the mother of believers that one day the Prophet Muhammad came to her and asked if she had anything to eat. When she replied that there was nothing available, he said that he would fast as a result. This shows us how important it is to fast in Islam and how it should be done out of love for Allah rather than obligation or force. It also teaches us that even when we don't have food available we can still show our devotion to God through fasting as a form of worship.
