This hadith is about fasting while travelling. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed by a man who was in the shade of a tree and being sprinkled with water, and he asked what was happening. They told him that the man was fasting, to which he replied that it is not righteous to fast when travelling. He then advised them to take advantage of the concession Allah has granted them and accept it.
