Fast regularly for spiritual benefits & physical protection

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of fasting and how it can be used as a shield to protect oneself from evil. It was narrated by Muadh bin Jabal who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Fasting is an act of worship in Islam which involves abstaining from food and drink during daylight hours for a certain period of time. It is believed that this act brings one closer to Allah and helps them stay away from bad deeds or sins. By fasting, one can also gain self-control over their desires and become more disciplined in life. Additionally, it has been said that fasting serves as a shield against Satan's temptations and helps keep us away from sinning or doing wrong things. Therefore, this hadith encourages us to fast regularly so we can benefit spiritually as well as physically by protecting ourselves against any kind of harm or danger that may come our way due to our own actions or those around us.
