QUICK LESSONS:
Raise your forefinger when praying on Fridays as a sign of humility and respect for God.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how to properly raise one's hands when praying on Fridays. It was narrated from Sufyan bin Husain that Bishr bin Marwan raised his hands on Friday while standing at the minbar. 'Umarah bin Ruwaibah then condemned him and said that the Messenger of Allah did no more than this, and he pointed with his forefinger. This means that when praying on Fridays, one should only raise their forefingers instead of both hands. This is a sign of humility and respect for God during prayer. It also shows that we are not trying to show off or be boastful in our prayers but rather humbly submitting ourselves to God's will.
