EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the proper way to perform prostration during prayer. It was narrated by Wa'il bin Hujr that he saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prostrating himself in prayer. He lowered his knees before his hands and when he came up he raised his hands before his knees. This shows us that we should follow the example of our beloved Prophet and do as he did when performing prostration during prayer. We should lower our knees first and then raise our hands afterwards. This is a sign of humility and respect for Allah Almighty as we bow down to Him in worship.

This hadith also teaches us about the importance of following instructions from Allah's Messenger carefully and precisely so that we can gain maximum benefit from our prayers and worship Him properly according to His commands. It also reminds us that even small details matter when it comes to worshipping Allah Almighty; therefore, we must pay attention to every aspect of it if we want to please Him with our devotion and obedience.
