QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your surroundings when you pray and strive to create an environment conducive to prayer such as wearing clothing without any distracting patterns or designs when you pray.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Aisha speaks of the importance of focusing during prayer. It is said that the Prophet Muhammad was praying in a khamisah which had markings on it and he found himself getting distracted by them. He then asked for an anbijani which is a woolen garment with no markings so that he could focus better during his prayer. This teaches us to be mindful of our surroundings when we are praying and to avoid any distractions that may take away from our concentration. We should also strive to create an environment conducive to prayer such as wearing clothing without any distracting patterns or designs when we pray.
