Kindness and Forgiveness in the Masjid

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that people should be kind and forgiving, even when someone does something wrong.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "A Bedouin stood up and urinated in the Masjid, so the people grabbed him. The Messenger of Allah said to them: 'Leave him alone, and pour a bucket of water over his urine. For you have been sent to make things easy for people, you have not been sent to make things difficult'."

QUICK LESSONS:
Be kind and forgiving towards others even if they do something wrong. Try to make things easier for people instead of making it difficult for them.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of kindness and forgiveness. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that a Bedouin man urinated in the masjid, but instead of punishing him, the Prophet Muhammad instructed them to pour a bucket of water over his urine. This teaches us that we should always try to be kind and forgiving towards others, even if they do something wrong. We should not make things difficult for people; rather we should try to make things easier for them whenever possible.
