Maintain cleaniness even during times of ritual impurity

This hadith emphasizes the importance of cleanliness, even during times of ritual impurity. 'Aishah was a wife of the Prophet Muhammad and she narrated that she used to scrape off any semen from her garment when she was in a state of janabah, which is a state of ritual impurity caused by sexual intercourse or wet dreams.
