QUICK LESSONS:
Follow in the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad, Perform ritual washing before prayer

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about Ali ibn Abi Talib, a companion of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He was seen performing wudu, which is a ritual washing before prayer. He washed each part of his body three times. After he finished washing himself, he drank the leftover water from his wudu. This action was done to imitate what the Prophet Muhammad did. This shows us that it is important to follow in the footsteps of our beloved prophet and do as he did in order to gain blessings from Allah. It also teaches us that cleanliness is important for our spiritual health and wellbeing.
