Sahih Muslim 2918b (Book 54, Hadith 93) #14386
Distributing Treasures in the Cause of Allah

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the death of two rulers, Khusra and Qaisar, and how their treasures should be distributed in the cause of Allah.

Hammam b. Munabbih reported: This is what Abu Huraira reported from Allah's messenger and in this connection he reported so many hadith (and one of them was this): Allah's Messenger said: Khusra would die and then there would be no Khusra after him. Qaisar would die and there would be no Qaisar after him, but you will distribute their treasures in the cause of Allah.

QUICK LESSONS:
Use your wealth wisely for good causes according to God's will

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about two rulers, Khusra and Qaisar, who will eventually die like all other people do. The hadith also mentions that their treasures should be distributed in the cause of Allah after they pass away. This means that whatever wealth or possessions these rulers have should be used to help others or to benefit society as a whole instead of being kept for personal gain or pleasure. It is a reminder that all things belong to God and we are only stewards over them while we are alive on this earth; when we die, our possessions must be used for good causes according to His will.

The values taught by this hadith include generosity, charity, selflessness and humility; it reminds us that our wealth is not ours alone but belongs to God who has given it to us as a trust which must be used wisely for His purposes rather than our own selfish desires. We must remember that everything we have comes from Him and so it is important to use it wisely in order to benefit others as well as ourselves.

This hadith also teaches us about accountability; even though Khusra and Qaisar may no longer exist after they die, their actions still have consequences which will affect those around them even after they are gone - thus reminding us that our actions today can shape the future for generations yet unborn!
