Visit graves, Pray for those who have passed away , Remember one's mortality , Do good deeds in life .

This hadith is about visiting graves and praying for the dead. It is narrated by Jabir ibn 'Abdullah, who reported that Allah's Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) visited the grave of Abdullah ibn Ubayy. He stood at his grave and prayed for him.
