'Abdullah reported that Abu Lubaba had informed him that Allah's Messenger ﷺ had forbidden the killing of the snakes found in the house.
The Prophet Muhammad was known for his compassion and mercy towards all living things, including animals and insects such as snakes. He taught us that we must show kindness even towards those creatures which may seem threatening or frightening to us because they too have been created by Allah and deserve our respect just like any other creature on this earth.
This hadith also teaches us an important lesson about patience; instead of immediately resorting to violence when faced with something unfamiliar or potentially dangerous, we should take a moment to think before acting so that we can find a peaceful solution instead of causing harm unnecessarily.
