Paying Wages in Full

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) always paid the wages of those who worked for him, even when he was getting himself cupped.

Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Messenger got himself cupped and never withheld the wages of anyone.

QUICK LESSONS:
Pay your workers their due earnings without any delay or reduction in payment
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of paying people their wages in full and on time. It was narrated by Anas b. Malik that Allah's Messenger got himself cupped and never withheld the wages of anyone who worked for him. This shows us that even when he was getting medical treatment, he still made sure to pay those who had done work for him their due earnings without any delay or reduction in payment. This teaches us to be fair and just with our employees, workers, and helpers by paying them what they are owed without any hesitation or excuses. We should also remember that withholding someone's wages is a major sin according to Islamic teachings as it deprives people from what they are rightfully owed and can cause them financial hardship or distress.
