Strutting in Two Mantles

SUMMARY: The hadith is about a man who was strutting in his two mantles.

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Abu Huraira but with a slight variation of wording: While there was a man who strutted in his two mantles.
وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ "‏ بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَتَبَخْتَرُ فِي بُرْدَيْنِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِهِ
