EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, which has been transmitted on the authority of 'Asim, emphasizes the importance of being mindful in both our actions and words. The Arabic terms used are dhikr (ذِكْرَان) which means to remember or be mindful, and qawl (قَوْل) which means speech or words. Being mindful is important because it helps us to be aware of our own behavior so that we can make sure that we are doing what is right. It also helps us to think before we speak so that we don't say something hurtful or wrong. Being mindful can help us to become better people by making sure that our actions and words reflect good values such as kindness, respect, honesty, and humility.
