Mindfulness in Words and Actions

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the importance of being mindful of one's words and actions.

This hadith has been reported on the authority of Ibn Hashim with the same chain of transmitters but with a slight variation of wording.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ إِسْحَاقُ، بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَدْرٍ، شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ مِثْلَهُ وَلاَ يَقُولاَنِ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ
