Use resources wisely; Be generous with resources; Strive towards achieving a higher purpose such as striving in Allah’s cause through jihad or other forms of worship.

This hadith speaks about the properties abandoned by Banu Nadir which were given to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He used the income from these properties to meet his family's annual expenditure and purchase horses and weapons for Jihad. This hadith teaches us that we should use our resources wisely in order to prepare ourselves for any kind of struggle or difficulty that may come our way. It also teaches us that we should be generous with our resources in order to help those who are less fortunate than us. Furthermore, it encourages us to strive towards achieving a higher purpose such as striving in Allah’s cause through jihad or other forms of worship.
