QUICK LESSONS:
Help those who are less fortunate than you
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the permissibility of granting life. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that it is permissible to grant life and this teaching has been passed down through generations in the form of this hadith. This means that it is allowed for people to give away their lives or a part of their lives as a gift or donation if they choose to do so. This could be done in many ways such as donating organs or blood for medical purposes, giving away money or possessions for charity, and even volunteering one's time and energy towards helping others in need. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us that we should always strive to help those who are less fortunate than us and this hadith serves as an example of how we can do so by granting our own lives in some way or another.
