Strive for fairness in dealings with others.

This hadith is about the curse of interest or riba. Allah's Messenger cursed those who accept, pay, record and witness interest and said they are all equal. This means that no matter what role a person plays in the process of accepting or paying interest, they will be equally cursed by Allah for their actions. It is important to note that this hadith does not only apply to monetary transactions but also applies to any kind of transaction where one party takes advantage of another party through unfair means. The lesson here is that we should always strive for fairness in our dealings with others so as not to incur the wrath of Allah upon ourselves.
