EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith discusses the issue of renting land in Islam. It is narrated by Zaid b. Amr who heard Ibn Umar say that they did not see any harm in renting land, however Rafi' alleged that Allah's Apostle had forbidden it. This suggests that although there may be some disagreement on the matter, it is important to remember to respect the opinion of others and be mindful when making claims about religious matters without evidence or proof from a reliable source such as the Quran or Sunnah. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us to be careful when making decisions regarding our finances and investments so we can ensure we are following Islamic teachings and principles while still being able to provide for ourselves and our families financially.
