Kindness and Generosity in Islam

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to be kind and generous to others.

Likewise, the above hadith has been narrated through another chain.
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ

He taught his followers how important it is to show kindness even when faced with adversity or difficult situations. He also reminded them that they should never forget about Allah’s mercy when dealing with other people, as it is only through His mercy that we can truly show kindness towards one another.
