Sahih al-Bukhari 1111 (Book 18, Hadith 31) #1071
Delaying of Zuhr Prayer During Travel

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) would delay the Zuhr prayer and offer it together with the 'Asr prayer if he started his journey before noon, and offer the Zuhr prayer before his journey if he started after noon.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: Whenever the Prophet started the journey before noon, he used to delay the Zuhr prayer till the time for the 'Asr prayer and then he would dismount and pray them together; and whenever the sun declined before he started the journey he used to offer the Zuhr prayer and then ride (for the journey).

QUICK LESSONS:
Take out time for religious obligations even when busy or on trips; Not neglecting prayers; Praying on time; Following Islamic teachings in all situations .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik explains how to perform prayers while travelling. If one starts their journey before noon, they should delay their Dhuhur prayer until it is time for Asr prayer and then pray both at once. However, if one starts their journey after noon, they should perform Dhuhur first and then start travelling. This hadith teaches us that we must not neglect our religious obligations even when we are busy or on a trip. We must make sure to take out time for our prayers no matter what situation we are in.
