Do not outbid someone else in order to ensnare them or take advantage over them; Enter into a transaction only after ensuring that none of your brothers have entered; Make proposals only after ensuring that none of your brothers have made such proposals; Respect other women's rights by refraining from asking for their divorces just so you can deprive them from their rights .

This hadith is about the values of fairness and equality when it comes to transactions. It is narrated by Abu Huraira who was one of the companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He said that we should never outbid someone else in order to ensnare them or take advantage over them. We should also never enter into a transaction if our brother has already entered it, nor make proposals for marriage if our brother has already done so, nor ask for the divorce of another woman in order to deprive her from what she deserves.
