so i finally found a brand producing halal ice-cream in china! the brand is 'Yi Li' .not only that, they produce other halal products as well! AWESOME!!!Thumbs%20Up

I've never seen a Halal sticker on any ice cream pack! :O

Well unfortunately I don't, as well as I certainly haven't ability or inclination for baking.  My wife's cookies are excellent.
