Are there ingredients which would make any commonly marketed ice cream forbidden to eat? Haagen-Dazs (my favorite)?

check this site out for info of haagen-dazs ice cream. read their comments too.
sometimes they add alcohol or maybe a few ingredients are animal derived.

| I'm pretty much strictly a vanilla Haagen-daz lover. Must of those flavors posted onto the blog I've never seen in the market, and perhaps because I grab a vanilla and keep walking mostly. |

I had dinner at a friends home in Jeddah and his wife made the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever eaten. I felt a little embarrassed to have kept eating them off the tray. |

so i finally found a brand producing halal ice-cream in china! the brand is 'Yi Li' .not only that, they produce other halal products as well! AWESOME!!!
