Move to South Gaza safer?

The Israeli authorities have asserted that relocating to the southern regions is a safer option compared to remaining in the city or the northern areas of the strip. Despite this advice, the violence has persisted, with ongoing killings, unceasing massacres, and intense bombings continuing unabated in the southern part of the strip.

It's crucial to grasp the geographical scale of the Gaza Strip; referring to it as the south and north oversimplifies its size. It's important to note that the southern areas are merely a five-minute by car.
