'Israel Is Not Winning'

The Israeli cabinet voted to approve a hostage and four-day ceasefire deal with Hamas, despite previously refusing to even consider such a proposal.

So, why now? Former UN Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter noted that the change comes from the simple fact that “Israel is not winning this conflict,” both militarily and in the court of public opinion.
