Ouzo Effect in the Quran

This episode discusses spontaneous emulsification, also known as the “Ouzo effect”. This is the process that takes place when an herb liquor (e.g. Ouzo) is mixed with water, resulting in a milky white beverage. Amazingly, the Quran spoke about this alcoholic emulsion long before it was even invented.
