Pennsylvania Governor Calls on People to Stand Together

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf said that the synagogue shooting was being investigated as a "hate crime" and called on people to stand together.

Pittsburgh officials said 11 people were killed and six others were injured when a man opened fire during a baby naming ceremony at a Jewish synagogue. The shooter was identified as Robert Bowers.

CNN reported that Bowers has shared anti-Semitic comments alongside xenophobic content on social media. In one post, he claimed Jews were helping transport members of the migrant caravans in Latin America.
