Amnesty: ‘Apartheid’ Treatment of Rohingya

Myanmar's treatment of its Rohingya Muslims has been likened to apartheid, in a report by Amnesty International.

The human rights organization spent two years investigating the cause of the current Rohingya crisis, which has forced hundreds of thousands of refugees to flee over the border to Bangladesh.

European and Asian foreign ministers have discussed the Rohingya crisis, on the sidelines of a summit in Myanmar.

Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports from Myanmar's largest city, Yangon.
