Yemen: 1 Million Public Employees Unpaid for Year

In Yemen, more than one million public employees have not been paid their salaries for over a year. There are 6.9 million people who depend on that income, and the issue has increased the country's humanitarian crisis. Chelsea Carter explains how these unpaid salaries have become bargaining chips in the war there.
