Lebanon: Saudi Arabia says Beirut has Declared War

Lebanon's political instability continues, days after Prime Minister Saad Hariri resigned while visiting Saudi Arabia. Hariri announced his resignation on Saturday in a televised speech from Riyadh.

He said he feared for his life and accused Iran and its Lebanese ally Hezbollah of taking over his country and destabilizing the wider region.
