Hundreds of Palestinians injured in Al-Aqsa clashes

Israel has installed new security cameras at the entrance to a contested Jerusalem holy site, as officials began indicating it was considering "alternatives" to the metal detectors at the shrine that set off a weekend of violence and raised tensions in the region. Since clashes between Palestinians and Israeli forces began on July 14 at the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, more than 900 Palestinians have been injured mostly from stun grenades and rubber-coated steel bullets, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent. At least four Palestinians have died from their injuries and several others are in critical condition. Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from occupied East Jerusalem.
