QUICK LESSONS:
Take responsibility for the deeds that one can handle .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about taking responsibility for the deeds that one can handle. It encourages people to take on tasks and challenges that they are capable of doing, rather than trying to do something beyond their capacity. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said “Take upon yourselves the burden of the deeds which you have strength to bear”, meaning that we should not try to do something if we know it will be too difficult or overwhelming for us. We should only take on tasks and challenges which we are confident in our ability to complete successfully. This hadith also teaches us about self-awareness and understanding our own capabilities so that we don’t overextend ourselves or become overwhelmed by a task or challenge which is too difficult for us at this time in our lives. It also teaches us humility as it reminds us not to overestimate our abilities and try things beyond what we can realistically achieve without help from others or guidance from Allah SWT .
