QUICK LESSONS:
Follow Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ example by reciting Qunut during Maghrib & Fajr prayers
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik talks about the recitation of supplication known as Qunut during the Evening Prayer or Maghrib Salat and Morning Prayer or Fajr Salat. It is a Sunnah to recite this supplication during these two prayers. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ used to recite it regularly, so Muslims should follow his example and recite it too. This practice helps us remember Allah SWT more often, which is one of the main goals of Islam. It also teaches us to be humble before Allah SWT and ask for His mercy and blessings on ourselves, our families, our community, our country, etc.
