Prayer During Solar Eclipse

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) led the people in prayer during a solar eclipse, and he performed four rak'ahs in two qiyams and two ruku's.

'A'isha reported that there was a solar eclipse during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (way peace be upon him) and he sent the announcer (to summon them) for congregational prayer. The people gathered together and he pronounced takbir and he observed four rak'ahs, in the form of two rak'ahs (i. e. he observed two qiyams and two ruku's in one rak'ah) and four prostrations.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's actions during a solar eclipse. He called for people to gather together for congregational prayer, and then he said takbir, which is an Islamic phrase meaning "God is great". He then performed four rak'ahs of prayer, which are divided into two qiyams and two rukus. Finally, he prostrated himself four times as part of his prayer ritual. This hadith teaches us that we should take time to pray when faced with difficult or extraordinary situations such as a solar eclipse. It also shows us that we should always remember God in our prayers and show humility by prostrating ourselves before Him.
