QUICK LESSONS:
Be respectful towards Allah SWT while praying; Take care not to make a mess while praying; Be mindful during prayer time; Cleanliness in worshiping Allah SWT

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's prayer ritual. It is reported that when he prayed, he would spit and then rub it off with his shoe. This shows us that even though we should strive to keep our prayer area clean, if something does happen to make it unclean during prayer time, we can still continue our prayers without having to start over again. We can simply rub away the dirt or spit with our shoes or other items nearby. This hadith also teaches us that we should be mindful of how we pray and take care not to make a mess in the process as this could be disrespectful towards Allah SWT. Additionally, this hadith reminds us of the importance of being mindful of our actions during prayer time as they are an act of worship towards Allah SWT and should be done with respect and reverence for Him alone.
