This hadith is narrated on the authority of Alqama and Aswad by another chain of transmitters and in the hadith transmitted by Ibn Mus-hir and Jabir. It talks about how they perceived as if they were seeing a gap between the fingers of Prophet Muhammad's hands when he was bowing during prayer. This shows us that it is important to keep our hands close together when we are praying so that there is no space between our fingers.
